We know that once you’ve bought your beautiful rug, you’ll want to settle it into its new home right away. So, as soon as we’ve received your order, it will normally be packaged up and on its way within 2 working days.

We'll be shipping your orders from Sydney and an estimate time of arrival from Sydney for your orders is as below:

We’ll let you know once your rug is on its way with a consignment number designed to let you track its progress.

Alternative Delivery Address?

For your convenience, we can deliver your order to an address other than your billing address. This option is offered when you reach the checkout.

Please note that your invoice receipt will be sent to your billing address ONLY. For your security, we may also send an email requesting confirmation of the order before dispatching your goods to an alternative delivery address.

Please use the Special Instructions section at the checkout, to give us any instructions which will help to ensure that your order reaches you without delay.

Authority To Leave

The courier companies we use offer 'ATL' (Authority To Leave). This means that you may have them leave the rug somewhere safe if you will not be at home at time of delivery.

Once the rug has been delivered to you, we are unfortunately not able to assist in the event of your rug being stolen or going missing.

PO Box & Parcel Lockers

We send orders via couriers only and not Australia Post & hence orders can not be sent to Post Offices/Parcel Lockers, only to business or residential address.

The quality is fantastic! I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase. The rug's filling is very comfortable, and the rug itself is very easy to clean. I bought the bohemian-style white floral pattern, and it has given my apartment a fresh new look. It covers my entire living room perfectly, which is exactly what i wanted. The rug was easy to unpack and lay out. I will definitely buy it again!

Amazing!! This rug came in a small rectangular package, and when i opened it, i couldn't believe it was my rug. I was a little worried before... It had some creases when unfolded, but it flattened out on the floor in no time. It's soft, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful. I love it! I highly recommend it. I put it on a 1/4-inch thick rug pad, and it feels fantastic. Don't hesitate, buy it now, it's definitely worth it!

The color is exactly the same as in the photo, instantly making my living room look brighter and warmer. It's also very easy to clean, and it's comfortable and soft to walk on barefoot, which is great.

I chose the wrong size, but luckily it didn't ship. I contacted the seller and they exchanged it for a larger size. They were very friendly and unexpectedly quick to ship. This rug is absolutely perfect and a great value. Within a few hours of laying it flat out from the box, the wrinkles were practically gone. I love this rug. Great review!
